- Launch regedit.exe
- In the Windows registry, navigate to HKey_Local_Machine\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurityProviders\SCHANNEL\Protocols\TLS 1.2\Server
- Set the value of “DisabledByDefault” to 0
- Set the value of “Enabled” to ffffffff
- Restart the server.
